Hi! I'm Lise McQuarrie, Tech. Ag,

I started Bumper Crop Business Solutions because I noticed a gap in the support farmers were receiving.

Farms have lenders, accountants, and lawyers — but often no one walking beside them day-to-day.

I believe farmers shouldn’t feel overwhelmed in financial meetings or unsure about their numbers.

My role is to bring clarity, organization, and calm to the financial side of farming.

I don’t just manage books — I support families through growth, tough seasons, and generational transitions.

I attend meetings, help interpret complex conversations, and make sure decisions are grounded in clear, accurate information.

Farming is more than a business — it’s a legacy. You deserve someone in your corner who understands that.

I've spent more than 20 years building expertise in ag accounting, lending, and farm management. Combined with a lifelong connection to the family farm, I bring a practical, boots-on-the-ground approach to every operation I work with.

About Lise

When I’m not working with clients or feeding my farmers, you'll usually find me hunting for treasures at a thrift store, planning my next travel adventure, or spending time with family and friends.

I am a lover of animals and the outdoors, always excited to discover a new restaurant or sharpen my grilling skills on my pellet grill.

I grew up at Kelwood, MB where my family operated purebred cattle farm - and a dairy farm before that.

I now live on a 2,300 acre grain farm near Basswood, MB, with my partner Mark, my son Bradley and our three cats - Kitty, Jamie and Cheddar.
